Shipping policy

PeakChew ships Australia-wide and internationally. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic (Australia):
Standard shipping via Australia Post — approximately 2–8 business days depending on your location.

International:
We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Standard international shipping typically takes 6–27 business days depending on the destination. All international shipping times are estimates based on Australia Post and may vary due to customs processing, location, and other external factors.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
